On the evening of 7 September 2023, two postulants were admitted into the canonical year of Novitiate and six brothers into the year of postulancy in a simple ceremony held at the community chapel in Ibadan. The ceremony was presided over by Father Joseph Kandachamkunnel, the Regional Superior. In his brief reflection, Fr. Kandachamkunnel congratulated the brothers as he laid emphasis on the importance of the year of Postulancy and Novitiate and exhorted them to focus more on becoming true Pauline religious than just priests. Both groups were entrusted to the care of Father Praveen Chirathara.

The following morning, in the mass of the Nativity of the Blessed Mother officiated by the Regional Superior and concelebrated by Father Peter Perunnilathi, Superior of the community of Ibadan, and Father Praveen Chirathara, Coordinator General of Formation, two novices made their first religious profession. Eight other brothers renewed their vows. Reflecting on the readings of the day, the Regional Superior reminded the brothers of their obligation to live the vows as shown in the life of our Heavenly Mother. They were to love the congregation and its charism. The ceremony was graced with the presence of other religious priests and sisters, parents and siblings of the newly professed, and members of the worshipping community. After the mass, a gathering was held to felicitate the newly professed brothers.
