On June 6, 2023, Superior General Fr. Domenico Soliman, SSP and Provincial Superior Fr. Mario S. Sobrejuanite, SSP made a fraternal visit to the members of the SSP Pampanga Community.
After the fruitful dialogue with the members of the community, a simple rite of entrance into the Postulancy program was held. Fr. Soliman said that the Pauline journey is not meant to be traveled alone. He emphasized the importance of engaging in a dialogue with and following faithfully the footsteps of Jesus, the Divine Master.
The new Postulants are Anthony Pangilinan, 22 years old, who hails from San Fernando, Pampanga, and Enrique Geremia Teodoro, 22 years old, from Cabuyao, Laguna. The Postulants will be under the guidance of Fr. Jerome J. Palma, SSP, Formator of Postulants and Local Superior of the Community.
In the afternoon, Fr. Soliman, Fr. Sobrejuanite, and the members of the Local Community paid a visit to the Most Reverend Florentino G. Lavarias, DD, Archbishop of San Fernando, Pampanga. Afterwards, they visited ST PAULS bookstores located in SM Pampanga and Marquee Mall in Angeles City.
