The Archdiocese of Manila officially opened the special year of St. Paul with a Eucharistic celebration on June 30, 2008 at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception (Manila Cathedral) at 9 AM. Manila Archbishop Gaudencio B. Cardinal Rosales was the presider and homilist.
