IBADAN - Comunità
Ibadan and Enugu (Nigeria, 1991). A community with two residences, where 7 confreres (6 priests and 1 disciple) are distributed. They are committed in vocation promotion, formation (3 postulants ready for the novitiate, 1 postulant for apostolic experience and 10 aspirants), running of 2 bookstores, one in each city, and book exhibits. The two cities where the members reside are distant among them by more than 500 kms. Because of our apostolate we are known and appreciated in both of the localities by the Dioceses, not only of Nigeria but also of those of the surrounding States. There are good vocational prospects. Soon after the canonical visit, the acquisition in Lagos, the capital of Nigeria, of a vast terrain, strategic for the importations of books of our Editorial works in the English language, has been concluded.
