On August 20, 2008, while celebrating the 94th Foundation Day Anniversary of the Society of St Paul, the Pauline Family welcomed the start of the "Institute of Jesus the Priest" with the acceptance of Fr. Joselino "Joey" Tuazon as aspirant. The celebration was held at the Sanctuary of St Paul in Makati. Fr. Joey is currently the Parish Priest of San Roque Church, Cabrera St., Pasay City (a suburb in Metro Manila). He has known the Pauline Family for some time and had participated in many of PF Annual Retreats, thus sharing in the Pauline Spirituality.
Fr. Rollin Flores, SSP, has been assigned as priest delegate who along with other members of the PF will be animating the Institute.
