For many years the Society has had a book and gift center located at its house in Canfield, Ohio, which is some distance from the main shopping areas. The new book center is located in busy shopping precinct and more accessible.
More than a hundred people attended the blessing, including members of the Pauline Family, friends and cooperators, and clergy, religious and lay people from nearby parishes. The Holy Family Institute played an important role in catering for the blessing ceremony. Special thanks must be given to Mr Dan Coulter of the Holy Family Institute worked tirelessly alongside the manager of the center, Fr Tony Bautista, to have the center ready on time. Many generous volunteers also assisted Fr Tony in numerous chores that had to be done.
One task remains, namely the completion of the prayer room in the book center, which it is hoped will be ready by the end of October, in time for the feast of the Divine Master.
