The priestly ordination of Fr. Jasun-Thomas Yong-Suk Kim, and diaconal ordination of Rev. Peter Seoung Hyun KANG took place within the Mass presided by Archbishop of dioceses of Seoul, Andrew Soo-Jung Yeom at Song-Chun Dong Catholic Church in Seoul on September, 5, 2013.
In his homily, Archbishop Yeom stressed that the theoretical and liturgical meaning of ordination is not completed at once, but that the process needs to be completed until the day of totally being with the Lord.
At the dinner reception all the members gathered together and shared the joy with the newly ordained. The juniors showed a movie clip including interviews of Fr. Kim’s classmates, Pauline Family and other photos. Finally, all the members took each other's hands and sung a song entitled “With Love."
