Although the ‘visitators’ only targeted meetings with the Provincial Superior (February 13), with the General Coordinator for Formation and the Team for Vocation Formation and Formation (TVPF)[February 14], with the Director General for Apostolate (DGA) and Team for Apostolate (TFA)[February 14], with the Provincial Bursar (February 17) and with the Provincial Government (February 18), they also held fraternal visits:

  • to the Silang Community when the delegates of the 8th Conference of Asia Pacific and English Speaking World (CAP-ESW) visited the seminarians (February 12),
  • to the Makati Community (February 18) and the Juniors (February 17),
  • to Pasay Community and the Our Lady of Sorrows Parish and Foundation (February 13),
  • to Pampanga Community and the Novices (February 20), and
  • to the Cebu Community and the Postulants where the perpetual members from Iloilo, Davao, Cagayan de Oro Communites also arrived (February 15-16) for a meeting, a lunch out by a Cebu beach and a tour to historical places of Mactan Island.

Fr. Jose Salud Paredes Servin who was a formator in Mexico before being elected a General Councillor affirmed the positive presence of young vocations who are the power house for mission of our congregation while Bro. Blaise Thadathil who was the provincial Bursar in India before being elected General Councillor also made positive comments on the potential of the new TV mass and audio-visual undertaking as well as the positive growth of the Province’s economy. The challenges and indicators for improvements were shared by the Councillors with the provincial government during the last of the many meetings held.
