With the foundation of the Society of St Paul and of all the Pauline Family, Fr. Alberione has given to the Church a “new vocation” of apostles who are nourished by a “new spirituality” to realise a “new mission” that corresponds to the “new necessities” of the times. The 9th Chapter, in response to the signs of the times emerging in the world today, seeks to rekindle the initiative, creativity and sanctity of Fr. Alberione to direct the Congregation towards the actualisation of all the elements that make up the charism.
Through the example of Fr. Alberione, the 9th Chapter seeks to understand the new demands of the times inspired by the apostle Paul and with attention to the magisterium of the Church.
